PRODUCT INFO
All pure honey will eventually crystallize due to the natural sugars in it. Raw honey has the tendency to granulate faster than highly processed honey as the sugar molecules have more to attach to because of the pollens, propolis and other inherent ingredients still present.
Soft Set Honey differs from runny honey as it has already crystallised under controlled conditions to form a smooth, fine textured honey.
It will not granulate any further and can be kept for months in correct storage conditions.

Our Ivy Honey is a cold extracted, filtered and unpasteurised honey. This allows us to capture all of the nutrients that are present when the honey is extracted from the hive. We extract it in small batches at the end of Autumn and the colour of our Ivy honey will vary in tune with the changing seasons.

Refunds are accepted if tamper seal remains intact. Delivery postage however is non refundable.

Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch your order within 5-10 working days of receipt of your order, providing all items are in stock.
Deliveries within Ireland are generally delivered the next business day after dispatch, though please allow up to two days for delivery after receiving your dispatch notification.

We use An Post or a courier company for all deliveries and a signature may be required on delivery. Please note that we do not presently deliver orders to P.O box or Parcel Motel addresses.
