PRODUCT INFO
All pure honey will eventually crystallise due to the natural sugars contained within it.
Raw honey has the tendency to granulate faster than highly processed honey as the sugar molecules have more to attach to because of the pollens, propolis and other inherent ingredients still present.
It will not granulate any further and if kept in the right storage conditions and should last for months or even years.

This is our favourite and most complex tasting honey. It has won Gold medals in the Irish Quality Food and Drinks awards in 2021, 2022 and 2023 along with a Star in the Great Taste Awards in the UK in both 2022 and 2023.
It is usually dark amber, no lighter than caramel and often featuring a red or orange tint. It has a pungent aroma that combines fruit and woody scents, with a strong but mildly-sweet taste and a tangy aftertaste.
Every August to September we place some of our hives up on the Dublin, Wicklow and Tipperary mountains for our bees to feed upon the Bell and Ling heather flowers.
We carefully extract it so that it loses none of its properties that are comparable to Manuka Honey – TCD Heather Honey study – 2018

Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch your order within 5-10 working days of receipt of your order, providing all items are in stock.
Deliveries within Ireland are generally delivered the next business day after dispatch, though please allow up to two days for delivery after receiving your dispatch notification.

We use An Post or a courier company for all deliveries and a signature may be required on delivery. Please note that we do not presently deliver orders to P.O box or Parcel Motel addresses.
