Our Silver medal, Great Taste Award & Blas na hEireann finalist Blossom honey is from our Cork apiary. It is not overly sweet honey but it does have a rather distinctive character, the finish is smooth and well balanced and lingers delightfully in your mouth. You can taste the nectar & pollen and all of the bees’ hard work that’s gone into producing it.

The variety of flowers the honey bees have fed upon will include: Willow, Crocus, Cherry blossom, Dandeloins, Lime, Blackberries, Clover, Primrose and a whole range of wildflowers.

NB: All pure honey will eventually crystallize due to the natural sugars in it. Raw honey has the tendency to granulate faster than highly processed honey as the sugar molecules have more to attach to because of the pollens, propolis and other inherent ingredients still present. It will not granulate any further and can be kept for months in correct storage conditions.
